Facts of the case are that on 13.04.2022, the Petitioner participated in a peaceful agitation, at Parsabhatha Gate, protesting wage disparities and workers' rights violations by BALCO. On 18.04.2022, BALCO through its representative Prateek Jain, filed an application before the Labour Court, Korba, alleging the agitation was illegal and submitting forged Standing Orders to obtain an ex-parte injunction on
22.04.2022. The Labour Court, upon reviewing the documents, found them to be forged on 06.05.2022, and warned BALCO against future misconduct. Aggrieved by BALCO's actions, the Petitioner filed a complaint in the Balco Nagar Police Station on 17.05.2022, which was not acted upon. Consequently, the Petitioner filed a Criminal Complaint (Filing No. 2191/2022) under Section 200 CrPC on 26.09.2022, before the JMFC, Korba, alleging offences under IPC Sections 420, 467, 468, and
