The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karza/Karja P.S. Case No. 254 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 74, 109, 303, 352, 191(2), 191(3), 329(4), 126(2), 324(4), 324(5), 115, 117(2) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim, injuring him on his nose. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2024 and there is a counter case also. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class(West), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Karza/Karja P.S.
