Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lohsinghna PS Case No.75 of 2023, for offence registered under section 147, 149,153-A, 295-A and 427 of IPC, pending before learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegations are made of pelting stones by people who have assembled to the tune of 100-150 persons and there are general and omnibus allegations. He further submits that however petitioners are named in the FIR and according to him, there is nothing specific against petitioners. He then submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15 of petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of pelting stones. 5. Considering that allegations are there against 100-150 persons of pelting stones and allegations are general and omnibus and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh, in connection with Lohsinghna PS Case No.75 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
