After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satis昀椀ed in case he is sent in police custody to meet his wife who has been advised bed rest after the ceasarean section and whose newly born baby has expired. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2025:HHC:38959 3. Keeping in view the circumstance and the fact that the presence of the petitioner would be required to console his wife and mourn the death of his child, it ordered that the applicant/petitioner shall be taken in proper custody to his native place i.e., Village Chanal Majra, Tehsil Baddi, District Solan, H.P. on 20.11.2025 and thereafter, he be brought back on 26.11.2025 to the Jail under proper escort. The petitioner shall bear all the expenses of transportation and provide food and suitable stay to the police o昀케cial accompanying him. 4. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent, Sub-Jail, Bangarh, District Una, H.P. through FASTER, to ensure the necessary compliance. 5. Petition stands disposed of.
