It is undisputed that one Mr.Bandu Chamat expired on 07/07/1989 as a Jeep Driver. The present writ petition is filed in the year 2025. By now, it is well settled principle of law that the compassionate appointment is required to be granted to the family member who faces immediate financial insecurity.
