2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sindri P.S. Case No.93 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of entering into the altercation with the police. He further submits that two of the accused persons, who have faced the trial in Sessions Trial No.12 of 2023 have been acquitted. He then submits that two of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.8930 of 2023 and 1218 of 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of entering into the altercation with the police.
5. Considering that two of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABA and further two of the accused persons, who have faced the trial have been acquitted in Sessions Trial No.12 of 2023, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Sindri P.S. Case No.93 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
