Learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection in deciding the application of the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that Respondent authorities shall decide the representation (Annexure P/7) filed by the petitioner expeditiously as soon as possible. 5.
