DATE : 08th JANUARY, 2025 ORDER : 1. The present civil application is filed by applicant/original petitioner for fixing early date of hearing. The writ petition is filed by petitioner challenging the order of school Tribunal wherein appeal filed by petitioner challenging oral termination of the petitioner has been dismissed. The writ petition has been admitted by this Court and this Court has directed respondent/management not to fill in the next vacancy arising in the primary school without prior permission of this Court. However, according to the petitioner the said order has been flouted by the respondent and they have already filed Bhagyawant Punde 2025:BHC-AUG:392 {2} 903-ca-171-2025 contempt petition, which is pending in this Court. Considering the advance age of the petitioner, petitioner is seeking early hearing of the petition. 2. In view of urgency stated by petitioner in the civil application, civil application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
