ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, way of counter affidavit, would submit that there by are no cases pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, the impugned Rowdy Sheet was opened against the Petitioner. Sri Sateesh Kumar Eerla, learned counsel for the submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and impugned rowdy sheet opened against the Petitioner may be closed.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the Rowdy Sheet vide Proceedings No.160/SDO-K/Gen/2003 23.06.2003 against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be as to costs.
3. Petitioner would hence, the dated no order As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
