Gautam Budh Nagar (State Vs. Irshad & others) arising out of cas crime No. 449 of 2013, ,P.S. Dadari, District Gautam Budh Nagar on the basis of compromise between the parties and further to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. Even previously on 5.2.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the applicants and following order was passed by this Court:- "1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. Sri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the State is present. Sri Ajeet Srivastava learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is also not present even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. 2. The office has placed report of the court concerned duly forwarded by the District Judge concerned. Perusal of which goes to show that the compromise between the parties could not be verified. 3.
