In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellants, returnable 23.01.2025.” 2. Today also the learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter. 3. As per the office report the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts.
