The pension has been paid to the petitioner though after a period of two years. Arrears have also been paid. 3. So far as gratuity is concerned, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that they have already recommended payment of gratuity amount and has sent the recommendation to the Accountant General. 4. Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that as soon as the letter of recommendation is received, within two weeks they will issue the Gratuity Payment Order. 5. Considering the said order, I dispose of this writ petition with direction to the State to forward all the documents in online format and physical format if not already forwarded, within three weeks from today. 2025:JHHC:31266 2 6. Further the Accountant General of the State of Jharkhand is directed to issue Gratuity Payment Order within two weeks thereafter. The entire amount of the gratuity will carry an interest @ 6% per annum considering the fact that the petitioner is entitled for gratuity amount of her husband from July 2019 (the date when the employee died) till the actual payment is made. 7. Further it is directed that within 6 weeks the respondents will finalise the pension of the petitioner and issue the final pension payment order confirming the final pension of the petitioner. 8.
