DATE ORDER OFFIC E NOT E 2. 26.09.2025 VN,J The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of Respondent No.5 upon Form-A Appeal, dated 20.09.2025 filed by Petitioner seeking for review of the Petitioner’s case and revise the disability percentage, which was orally communicated to the Petitioner as 18% after the physical verification conducted by Respondent No.6, which is contrary to the actual physical disability of hearing impairment (56%) as certified by the Government of A.P., thereby depriving the Petitioner of his employment, as illegal and arbitrary. As per the instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Petitioner does not have bench mark disability as per the Medical Report and that appeal has to be considered by the Appellate Medical authority as provided in G.O.Ms.No.36, dated 23.08.2023. Having heard the respective counsel, the following interim order is passed: 2 i) the Petitioner shall approach the designated Appellate Medical Authority as expeditiously as possible as per G.O.Ms.No.36, dated 23.08.2023. ii) On such approach by the Petitioner, the Appellate Medical authority shall assess the case of the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. iii) In the event, the Petitioner still disputes the correctness of the Appellate Authority Medical Report and the procedure adopted, the Petitioner is entitled to raise the issue before the Grievance Committee that has been constituted vide Memo No.2984388/ Services.I/A1/2025-1,dated 04.09.2025.
