Heard Ms. Sadhna Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent -State. Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition and submits that the writ petition is not maintainable as on perusal of Annexure no. 1 page 14, it shows that the matter is still pending before the revisional court where the prayer has been made for quashing of the order, therefore, the prayer made in the writ petition is misconceived. Further, the record shows that the present writ petition is beyond limitation of 1739 days to which no satisfactory explanation has been given by petitioner.
