Hence, proceedings against him have abated and the appeal is dismissed as having been abated. Cr. Appeal No. 492 of 2012 Learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has not responded to the letters written by him. Hence, in these circumstances, appellant be served through bailable warrants in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, returnable for 30.12.2025.
