There is a call for abstaining from judicial work by the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad, therefore, advocates are not appearing. 2. Present writ petition is filed to consider the grievance of petitioner in regard to fixation of salary and consequently payment of selection grade since 15.07.2015 till date along with interest. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of nature of prayer, instead of deciding this writ petition on merit, an opportunity is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent describing relevant facts and position of law so that his application be decided by concerned respondent within a short period and in case, there is any legal impediment, the same shall be informed to petitioner. 4.
