No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS C-482 No. 1553 of 2016 Hon’ble Alok Mahra, J. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Deepak Bisht, learned D.A.G. for the State. 3. Mr. Abdul Hameed, learned counsel for respondent no. 2. 4. Applicant has filed an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. against opposite party no. 2, which was dismissed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur vide order dated 06.05.2016. Against the said dismissal of his 156(3) application, applicant preferred Criminal Revision No. 89 of 2016, which too was dismissed vide order dated 25.10.2016. Aggrieved by both the impugned orders, applicant filed the present C-482 application. 5. Perusal of the impugned orders passed by learned Magistrate reveals that he has considered & discussed all relevant aspects. Thus, the view taken by the learned Magistrate, cannot be faulted. Learned Revisional Court was thus justified in dismissing the Revision Petition. Thus, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned orders. 6. Accordingly, the criminal misc. application fails and is hereby dismissed. (Alok Mahra J.) 18.06.2025 Ujjwal
