Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109/117(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. Petitioner is alleged to have shot the informant causing firearm injury on his shoulder. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
