(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 15.11.2025, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 11.7.2025, passed by the Managing Director Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate, representing the respondents states that sums of Rs. 14,59,260/- and Rs.8,84,400/-stand paid to the petitioner vide cheque No. 212198 dated 12.11.2025 on account of Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and leave encashment. He states that interest on account of delayed payment shall be paid expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks. 2. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with 2 direction to the respondents to ensure that interest on delayed payment is released expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks, as has been undertaken before this Court, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards execution and implementation of the judgment sought to be executed.
