Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gorhar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 308(2), 111(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. On 27.07.2025, Gorhar police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a vehicle without number plate near Village- Chamudohar. The petitioners and co-accused persons were apprehended from the said vehicle. On search, large number of arms and ammunitions were recovered from possession of co-accused. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Gorhar P.S.
