Petitioner Rajwinder Kaur has filed petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking direction to add provisions of Section 333 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in FIR No. 89 dated 24.10.2024 under Section 115(1), 117(1), 190, 74, 324(4), 324(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Mohkampura, Amritsar (Punjab) (Annexure P-1) against private respondents No. 5 to 7 and one unknown person and to present the challan before the Illaqa Magistrate. 3. Today status report has been filed in detail. It is pointed out that investigation has been completed in a proper and fair manner. Accused Hira Singh, Kuldeep Singh and Princepal Singh @ Prince were identified, whereas, fourth unknown person could not be identified and traced and qua LALIT SHARMA 2025.05.28 09:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-14438-2025 -2- him investigation is still going on. Regarding other accused persons investigation is completed and challan under Section 193 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in FIR No. 89 dated 24.10.2024 (supra) has been presented against Hira Singh, Kuldeep Singh and Princepal Singh @ Prince on 21.05.2025 before Area Judicial Magistrate and now it is pending for adjudication. 4. In the light of aforesaid factual position, no further direction is required since challan has been presented and qua unknown person matter is still pending. Therefore, present petition filed by petitioner is, accordingly, disposed of having rendered infructuous. 5. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed of accordingly.
