The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tundi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(f), 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Rishi Kumar, learned J. M. 1st Class, Dhanbad. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the informant, who is a major lady. Later on, he refused to marry her. It was submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since 2018. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rishi Kumar, learned J.
