CRL.M.A. 10225/2025 (SEEKING MODIFICATION OF ORDER DATED 11.03.2025) 2. The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS ( Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- “A. Allow the Present Application and modify the Order dated 11.03.2025 to the extent that that the petitioner may be permitted to furnish a cash surety of Rs. 10,000/- instead of single local surety of Rs. 10,000/-. B. Pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the latter is unable to furnish a local surety of Rs. 10,000/- as he is a resident of Bihar. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the present application is allowed, the order dated 11.03.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on furlough for a period of 3 weeks on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. Rest of the conditions enumerated in the order dated 11.03.2025 shall remain intact. 5. The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
