The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 175 of 2025 arising out of Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103/238 of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge has been framed under Sections 103(1)/238/3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I- Camp Court at Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum. On 20.12.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Ututuwa Jungal. The head of the deceased was severed. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I- Camp Court at Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum, in connection with S.T.
