The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed with following prayer: (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing to the respondents to produce the petitioner no. 1 before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith. (b) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (c) Award cost of the petitioner to be paid to the petitioners." As per the instructions received by learned A.G.A., the corpus petitioner no. 1 Smt. Tinjee Devi is residing with her daughter Anguri Devi, resident of Village Khajuriya, Police Station Bilsanda, District Pilibhit on her own sweet will. In view of the above instructions, the corpus petitioner no.1 Smt. Tijnee is not illegally detained by the respondent nos. 5 and 6, therefore, the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is not maintainable.
