Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 308(4), 308(5), 61(2), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 11.04.2025 at about 03.10 pm, Balumath police on the basis of confidential information apprehended co-accused from Hesabar- Bhang Forest area. On search, firearm was recovered from the possession of co-accused. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Amit Dubey @ Chhote Baba has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S.
