Mr. Pranaya Kumar Maharaj, learned counsel enters appearance for the victim in the Court today by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 3. Mr. Sanjib Kumar Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of the victim. He further prays to direct the trial Court to examine the victim at the earliest. 4. In view of the aforesaid undisputed submission as advanced for the petitioner, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for and the learned trial Court is requested to examine the victim at the earliest, if there is no other legal impediment. Further Mr. p. 2 Pranaya Kumar Maharaj, is also requested to inform the informant to co-operate the trial for examination of the victim.
