1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
(A) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the
order dated 06.03.2023 passed by the Respondent no 3 in connection with Land Demarcation Case No 58 of 2022-23, whereby and whereunder the Respondent No 3 had refused to demarcate the land of the petitioner on account of the fact that the copy of the Register-II of the land of the petitioner is on torn condition.
(B) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the
order dated 06.03.2023 passed by the Respondent no 3 in connection with Land Demarcation Case No 59 of 2022-23, whereby and whereunder the Respondent No 3 had refused to demarcate the land of the petitioner on account of the fact that the copy of the Register-II of the land of the petitioner is on torn condition.
(C) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the
order dated 06.03.2023 passed by the Respondent no 3 in connection with Land Demarcation Case No 60 of 2022-23, whereby and whereunder the Respondent No 3 had refused to demarcate the land of the petitioner on account of the fact that the copy of the Register-II of the land of the petitioner is on torn condition.
(D) Upon showing no cause or insufficient cause, further direct the respondent No 3 to demarcate the land of the petitioner.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
