Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 344 of 2025 arising out of Chalkusha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1804 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-VIII, Hazaribag. 3. On 06.05.2024, there was some altercation between the accused persons and the informant party. The dispute resulted into a free fight. It is alleged that the petitioner has assaulted the informant by sharp cutting weapon. 4. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with regard to the same occurrence. It was further submitted that though there is allegation that the petitioner had assaulted the informant by sharp cutting weapon, but the informant has sustained lacerated injury. 5. Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but he does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VIII, Hazaribag, in connection with S.T. No. 344 of 2025 arising out of Chalkusha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1804 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
