Since nobody had appeared for the petitioner, this Court, vide order dated 28th November, 2024, dismissed the Writ petition for want of prosecution. 2. Present application has been filed requesting to recall the order and restore the writ petition to its original position. 3. In paragraph No.3 of the civil application it is stated that Advocate of the applicant could not remain present before the court on 28th November, 2024 as he was not keeping well and he could not make alternate arrangement, however, the conduct of the applicant was not deliberate and intentional and 2025:BHC-AUG:264 {2} ca45-25.doc unconditional apology is tendered. 4. Considering the satisfactory reasons given in paragraph No.3 of the Civil Application and in the interest of justice, it would be appropriate to recall the order dated 28th November, 2024.
