GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following ORDER: The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing Article of Charges vide G.O.Rt.No.883 dated 06.07.2018 against the petitioner, in pursuance of proceedings issued vide Rc.No.181/RCA- VGT/2015-S.17 dated 29.11.2016 and 09.03.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the Disciplinary Authority, by G.O.Rt.No.683 Panchayat Raj and Rural SRS,J W.P.No.26772 of 2023 Development (Vig.IV) Department dated 04.12.2024 imposed punishment against the petitioner. Thus, given the developments, pending the writ petition, cause does not survive and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
