“10.1 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in calling the entire records related with the case. 10.2 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in directing the respondent authorities to cancel the impugned order dated 31.10.2023 (Annex P-1) thereby to reinstate the petitioner with consequential benefits maintaining his seniority in service. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would restricted his submissions to the extent that the petitioner has moved his representation for revocation of his application for resignation and he made representation on 13.05.2024 to the Respondent No. 3 but till date his representation has not been decided, therefore, the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to decide his pending representation within stipulated time frame in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State has no objection, if such a direction is being given to the authorities concerned to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame.
4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P/9) in accordance with law on its own merits as per the applicable rules and circulars within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order within two weeks from today to the Respondent No. 3.
