1. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Bank to pay the lease rent along with all arrears.
2. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank submits that the subject amount of rent has been kept on hold as no agreement was entered into between the Bank and the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has annexed the certified copy of the deed in support of his ownership. The subject property has been mutated in his favour.
4. Leave is granted to the petitioner to forward all documents in connection with his ownership to the Bank. On perusal of the same, the Bank may take necessary steps for payment of the lease rent in favour of the petitioner if there is no legal impediment to do so.
5. The Bank shall take steps in the matter within a period of sixty days from the date of forwarding all documents regarding ownership of the petitioner.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
