ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondents No. 4 and 5 in interfering with the petitioner personal life and liberty by calling the petitioner to their offices and pressurizing the petitioner to get settled the disputes with the respondents No. 6 to 8 with regard to subject property of O.S. No. 339 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Punganur, by handing over the vacant possession of the same as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and voilative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles, 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 4 and 5 not to interfere with the petitioner personal life and liberty by calling the petitioner to their offices and pressurizing the petitioner to get settled the disputes with the respondents No.6 to 8.”
2. Heard Ms.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.NO.339 of 2025 and obtained ad interim injunction in his favour against unofficial respondent in I.A.No.471 of 2025. Learned counsel would further submit that the police are regularly calling the petitioner to the police station and insisting him to settle the civil disputes with unofficial respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter.
5. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. In case of any crime registered against the petitioner by this date, the police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
