The present miscellaneous civil application seeks transfer of Petition No. A/858/2025, filed by the non-applicant-husband herein and pending before the Family Court No. 4, Pune, to the Family Court, Akola. Admittedly, different proceedings filed by the applicant-wife are pending before the Court at Akola. 2. Mr. S.S. Sohoni submits that the convenience of the wife has to be looked into. Mr. A.S. Manohar, however, opposes the present contention. 3. In that view of the matter, looking to the settled principle of law that convenience of the wife has to be looked into at the time of transfer, Petition No. A/858/2025, filed by the non-applicant and pending before the Family Court No. 4, Pune, is transferred to the Family Court at Akola. 4. Furthermore, as can be seen from paragraph 11 of the application, various proceedings are pending at Akola. The parties are at liberty to move the concerned Principal District Judge to get those proceedings clubbed. 5. With this liberty the application is allowed and disposed of. (NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J.)
