A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 111 (2)(b) I_ `-_S of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short lthe NDPS Act'). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 04.10.2024, at about 07.00 PM, on receipt of credible information, the Sub- lnspector of Police, Mothugudem Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to Godlagudem village junction, Chinturu Mandal and found A2 to A6 were trying to transport 30 Kgs of Ganja, which was purchased from A1, on Yamaha R-15 motor cycle bearing registration No.AP 04 BT 7708 from Kenduguda village, Odisha State to Kan'dikona village, Mahabubabad district illegally. The contraband along with vehicle and other material was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Petitioner was arrested on 04.10.2024 and since then he is in judicial remand. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted bail to A2 and A3 and the case of the petitioner herein too stands on the same footing to that of A2 and A3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor too concurred with __ ,-- c=f-, -- the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that major portion of investigation has been completed. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A6 on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/A6 shall be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rampachodavaram. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week l'.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
