GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri A. Lalith, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. 2. Sri A. Lalith, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, has drawn the attention of this Court to the prayer sought in the present Writ Petition. Vide Order dated 17.12.2024, having considered the Written Instruction furnished by the RDO (Respondent No.3) dated 06.12.2024, this Court had directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue to obtain specific Written Instructions from the District Collector (Respondent No.2). 3. In response to the said direction, the District Collector (Respondent No.2) has furnished the Written Instructions dated 01.02.2025. Coy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 4. The said Written Instruction would indicate that vide 8th reference cited in the Written Instructions, a Letter was addressed to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) on 17.01.2025, requesting the CCLA to issue suitable instructions regarding withdrawal of the land for an extent of Acs.4.76 cents in R.S.No.51 in Velugubanda Village of Rajanagaram Mandal, from the 3 acquisition. It is also stated in the Written Instruction that the response of the CCLA is now awaited. 5. Having regard to the contents of the Written Instructions dated 01.02.2025, this Court deems it appropriate to suo moto implead the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration as the Official Respondent No.5 in this Writ Petition. Registry is directed to take necessary steps and amend the Cause-title suitably. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and the Written Instructions furnished by the District Collector (Respondent No.2) dated 01.02.2025, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) to pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law in response to the Letter dated 17.01.2025 bearing Ref.No.452243/2024/L4 within a period of 12 weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Proceedings to the Writ Petitioners forthwith. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 8.
