Civil Restoration Application No. 1254/2024) was allowed vide order dated 05.03.2025 by this Court after condoning the delay to file the restoration application passed in application bearing CIS No. D. B. Civil Miscellaneous Application No.2588/2024 listed along with this restoration application on 05.03.2025. It has come to the notice of this Court that both the orders of 5th of March, 2025 passed in D.B. Civil Restoration Application No. 1254/2024 and D. B. Civil Miscellaneous Application No.2588/2024 bear the correct CIS number, however, the ‘case- title’, in both the orders, has wrongly been mentioned of some other case viz. “1. Devi Lal S/o Vijayram, Aged About 35 Years, Resident Of Balapura Police Station Taleda Dist. Bundi (At Present All Confined Central Jail Kota) 2. Bhimraj S/o Vijayram, Aged (2 of 3) [CRES-1254/2024] About 25 Years, Resident Of Balapura Police Station Taleda Dist. Bundi (At Present All Confined Central Jail Kota) 3. Ramraj S/o Ramchandra, Aged About 28 Years, Resident Of Balapura Police Station Taleda Dist. Bundi (At Present All Confined Central Jail Kota) {Appellants} Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Public Prosecutor {Respondent}" in place of correct case-title of the case-in-hand viz. “The Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Todabheem, Tehsil Todabheem, District Karauli {Applicant/Appellant} Versus M/s Murari Lal Contractor S/o Shri Jagdish Prasad, R/o Kusai, Post Raipur, Tehsil Gangapur city, District Sawaimadhopur {Non-Applicant/Respondent}". In that view of the matter, case-title namely “The Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Todabheem, Tehsil Todabheem, District Karauli {Applicant/Appellant} Versus M/s Murari Lal Contractor S/o Shri Jagdish Prasad, R/o Kusai, Post Raipur, Tehsil Gangapur city, District Sawaimadhopur {Non- Applicant/Respondent}” be read in place of case-title namely “1. Devi Lal S/o Vijayram, Aged About 35 Years, Resident Of Balapura Police Station Taleda Dist. Bundi (At Present All Confined Central Jail Kota) 2.
