Prakash Arts Private Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, Subba Rao, Vijayawada. --- Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in issuing the impugned letter WCN/CP/SARNSKP/2012 dated 31.12.2012 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of articles 14 and 19 (1) of the constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the technical bid of the petitioner along with financial bid as per tender notice issued on 08.10.2012 IA No.1 OF 2013 (WPMP 832 OF 2013) JS,J WP No.693/2013 2 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance of tender notice No.WCN/CP/SARNSKP/2012 dated 08.10.2012 issued by the respondent No.4 pending the above Writ Petition. IA No.5 OF 2013 (WPMP 4508 OF 2013) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to implead M/s. Prakash Arts Pvt., Ltd., Vijayawada represented by Managing Director Mr.Subbarao as Respondent No.5 in the above Writ Petition.
