The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Silli P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 281/109/121(1)/222/221/3(5) of the B.N.S, Rule 54 of JMMC Rules, 2004, Sections 4(1)(A)/21 of MMDR Act, 1957 and Rules 9/13 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Ranchi. On 20.03.2025, Silli Police intercepted a hywa bearing registration No. JH01DN-0894 loaded with illegal sand. Petitioner happens to be the driver of the said vehicle. Criminal antecedent report earlier called for has been received. It appears that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Ranchi, in connection with Silli P.S.
