Learned Counsel appearing for the Forest Corporation has placed on record instructions received from the Managing Director of respondent-Corporation dated 21.11.2025, in terms whereof, it is submitted that as the case of the petitioner-Krishan Singh is similar to that of Shri Suban, therefore, similar benefits, as were given to Shri Suban, can also be granted to the petitioner.

The appellant has approached this Court feeling aggrieved by the judgment passed by learned Single Judge, in terms whereof, the reliefs prayed for by the appellant inter alia for

conferment of work charge status/regularization, post completion of 10/8 years of service, stand rejected.

In light of the fact that the respondent-Corporation has intimated the Court, on the strength of instructions imparted by the Managing Director of the Corporation, that as the petitioner is similarly situated as Shri Suban in CWP No. 11434 of 2025, therefore, similar benefits can be granted to him, this appeal is disposed of by setting aside the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge dated 22.07.2024, in CWP No. 3138 of 2019, titled as Krishan Singh vs. H.P. State Forest Corporation and others and by directing the respondents to confer all the benefits upon the petitioner as were conferred upon Shri Suban. Let needful be done within a period of six weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
