The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 394 of 2024, registered under Sections 317(5), 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. On 20.11.2024, Gumla police on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of Mahatma Oraon and Nitesh Oraon. On search, stolen motorcycle was recovered from their house. It was submitted that petitioner has become victim a circumstance. It was further submitted that petitioner has gone to the house of Mahatma Oraon at the time of raid to meet him. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S.
