JUSTICE SAURABH BANERJEE O R D E R % 28.01.2025 1. The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act seeks to assail the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari, Delhi in G.P. NO. 153/2023. Vide the impugned order, the learned Family Court has partly allowed the appellant’s application wherein the appellant had sought custody of the minor child for seven days during the winter vacations by granting him visitation rights for two days and that too only between 11 am to 7 pm. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the prayer sought in the application has now been rendered infructuous, instead of pressing the present appeal, the appellant will move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court for grant of overnight visitation rights to the appellant for future holidays This is a digitally signed order. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the appellant, the appeal along with pending applications, is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court for grant of visitation rights for future holidays/festivals/birthdays, which application when moved, will be considered by the learned Family Court on its own merits.
