(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 18.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Secretary, HP Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, proxy counsel for the respondent- Chayan Ayog, states that name of the petitioner has been recommended for appointment to the post of Dental Mechanic, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of proxy counsel for the respondent-Chayan Ayog . 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that appointment letter to the petitioner be issued to the post of Dental Mechanic, expeditiously, preferably within two weeks from today.
