Case No. 01 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 386, 435, 427 of the I.P.C., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Accused persons are alleged to have demanded levy from the informant. It is alleged that to enforce the demand of Rangdari, the accused persons set ablaze the dumpher of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that co-accused Baleshwar Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
