Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he has filed the present bail application by mentioning it to be second bail application of the applicant, whereas, it has come into knowledge that earlier the second bail application of the applicant, MCRC No.5029 of 2025 has been dismissed vide order dated 01-07-2025 and therefore, the present one is third bail application of the applicant and thus, he wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a duly constituted bail application. 2. The submission made by learned counsel for the applicant has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State. 3. In view of the above, the present bail application of the applicant is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
