This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad to decide the Case No.2276 of 2022 (Tushar V. B. Sharidhar Reddi) under section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Khuldabad, District Prayagraj, pending before him within stipulated period as may be granted by this Court. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in spirit of provisions of Section 143(3) of Negotiable Instruments Act without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
