The order passed by Permanent Lok Adalat, Hathras dated 23/07/2024 in PLA Case No. 01 of 2021 (Deepesh Kumar Varsaney Vs. Iffco-Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. and another) is under challenge in the present petition. 2. After hearing counsel for the parties the Court finds that not a single ground has been taken in the entire writ petition on the basis of which writ petition could be entertained under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 3. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. 4. Taking a lenient view, the present petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the orders after retaining the photo-copy of the same in the record.
