The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition itself was filed for direction to the respondents to follow the guidelines issued in Clause 5(e) of G.O.(Ms)No.321 to 328 dated 31.10.2018 and as per clause 9 of 12(3) Settlement dated 28.09.1995. However, the respondents failed to follow the same. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that insofar as the petitioners are concerned, six out of eight were given light duty, following guidelines and as per the settlement. Two of them were medically unfit and they were not given light duty.
