Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds that in order to settle COPC No.769 of 2029 filed by the petitioner, Ms. Jyoti, Lecturer (School New) English has been transferred from GSSS Khalini, Shimla to Shamlaghat, Shimla and petitioner herein has been transferred from GSSS Kaloti, Shimla to GSSS Khalini, Shimla, against vacancy. 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged.
